• Hate Crimes & Incidents: 45 cases
• Education Discrimination: 38 cases
• Bullying in Schools: 16 cases
• Law Enforcement Issues: 20 cases
• First Amendment Rights Violations: 14 cases

Education discrimination complaints have doubled compared to last year, and school bullying cases are up 33%—a stark reminder of how much work remains to be done.
